Inside the Girl Scout House you will find two floors. When rented, both floors are available to you. There is no elevator in the building. In order to get to the basement without the stairs, you need to use the lower exterior entrance. There is WiFi available.

On the first floor, there are:
2 private bathrooms
Automatic Water bottle filler and Bubbler
2 Coat racks with hangers
Rollable White Board
13 tables that seat 8 (must stay on the First floor)
50+ folding chairs
In addition to all of this, there is also a small kitchen which includes:
Refrigerator and Freezer
Kitchen Sink
Stovetop
Oven
Microwave
Plates
Bowls
Cups
Mugs
Silverware
Pots and Pans
Basement

In the Basement there are additional tables and chairs, however, these must stay in the Basement. The Basement has an exit door that leads outside.

8 Car Parking Lot (1 Handicapped spot)
Ramp leading from the parking lot to the front door
Grass area
The Girl Scout house sits on top of a hill which is perfect for sledding in the winter. It is also conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from Beaver Dam's Waterworks Park!
